1. Design & Pattern Making

At Regalmet International Inc., design is the foundation of our apparel production. We use industry-standard software like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator for digital designing and graphics. For physical pattern making, we rely on specialized software such as CAD, TUKAcad, Gerber AccuMark, and Lectra Modaris, ensuring precise pattern development, grading, and marker making.

2. Fabric Cutting

Precision is key in the fabric cutting stage. We use automatic fabric-cutting machines and manual techniques to ensure accuracy and minimal material wastage. Laser cutting and CAD-based cutting methods are also utilized for complex designs and high production efficiency.

3. Lining & Layering

Depending on the type of apparel, various linings and interlinings are used to enhance comfort, durability, and seasonality. Fabrics are layered and cut accurately to match each garment’s specifications.

4. Stitching & Assembly

Our skilled workforce operates high-tech industrial sewing machines to ensure superior-quality stitching. Delicate or complex parts are hand-stitched by experienced craftsmen, ensuring attention to detail and premium finishing.

5. Washing & Finishing

Garments undergo different washing treatments, such as:

• Enzyme Wash (for softness)
• Stone Wash (for a vintage effect)
• Silicone & Bio Wash (for durability and smoothness)
• Garment Dyeing & Finishing

Each method enhances the fabric's texture and longevity, meeting international quality standards.

6. Quality Control & Inspection

We implement strict quality control at every production stage:

• Inline Inspection (During stitching)
• Final Inspection (Before packing)
• Third-Party Inspection (For international buyers upon request)

Each piece is examined for stitching accuracy, fabric defects, sizing consistency, and overall finishing.

7. Packaging & Warehousing

To ensure the highest standards in packaging, garments are:

• Poly-packed by color, size, and type
• Bundled and placed in custom cartons
• Labeled with essential information for easy identification

We use a modern warehouse management system with automated storage solutions to enhance efficiency.

8. Shipping & Logistics

Following client instructions, we offer multiple shipping solutions:
